Casa de Alegria in Guanajuato

Newly renovated, great view yet no climb in the heart of the city!  In a bustling Mexican neighbourhood, near the Tepetapa bridge, Casa de Alegria is 5 minutes from the Mercado Hidalgo or the Alhondiga, a 15 minute walk to the Basilica and the Jardin. Conveniences are 30 steps away in lower Tepetapa, our townhome has 3 floors plus a roof deck.  The Master bedroom has a king bed and ensuite with shower. The 2nd bedroom has twin beds that can be made into a king.  Each bedroom is on a separate floor with full bath for privacy.  In addition to a bedroom, the Ground floor has a sitting area with a double futon for extra guests.  The third floor features an open and bright full kitchen and living area to take advantage of the light and view.  There are easy stairs to the roof top deck which features lounge chairs, dining for 6, gas bbq and a gorgeous view of the entire historic centro.

Full fridge, gas stove, microwave, gas bbq, washing machine, wireless internet, 27" flatscreen TV with DVD player, by-weekly cleaning.  Cooking can be arranged by request.

A Colonial, cultural city, Guanajuato is a UNESCO World Heritage site, known for it's interesting architecture, history and natural beauty.  Bring your walking shoes; there is always plenty to see and do in this vibrant cobblestoned city!

Minimum one week stay, additional $40 cleaning fee applies to all rentals. By-weekly cleaning and cooking is available for longer term rentals.  Damage deposit of $300 plus 50% of rental due at time of booking. Balance due 30 days prior to booking date.
