story 3,000 sq ft home is designed to easily accommodate large
families or groups. Enjoy two levels of 45' wrap around balconies,
great for entertaining and watching beautiful sunsets. It offers a
stunning view of the Gulf and its own private heated pool inside a 6-
home gated community. Step on the boardwalk for a brisk 1 minute
walk to the beach! NO STREETS TO CROSS - VIA PRIVATE BEACH ACCESS!
Six Sandy Sandals includes 5 bedrooms, 3.5 baths and 2 dens.
1St floor: Foyer opens to den with a granite bar and built-in
refrig. Bedroom with 2 sets of custom built-in bunk beds (sleeps
4). Master bedroom with king bed. All three rooms equipped with
TV/DVD player. Bunk Room and master share bathroom which includes
granite countertops and large shower with two shower heads.
2nd floor: Open living room with queen sleeper sofa, full dining
room, kitchen with large breakfast bar, powder bath (all appliances
are stainless steel).
3rd floor: Master bedroom has king bed, private bath and wrap
around balcony which overlooks the Gulf. Second bedroom has king
bed with private balconey which overlooks Gulf and 30-A. Bunk room
has 2 sets of bunk beds. Second bedroom and bunk room share Jack-n-
Jill bath (includes 2 sinks and tub with shower). All 3 bedrooms
equipped with TV/DVD player. Laundry room enclosed behind doors in
3rd floor hall.
Located only 1 mile from Seaside, you will enjoy outdoor theaters,
fabulous 5-star dining, and great shopping.
