under cover 2400 sq ft the master bed has a ensuite facilities 
including large walk in closet. Furnishing and decore are in pristine 
condition including all normal facilities such as flat screen tv in 
lounge and 26 tv in master bedroom also video dvd cd player etc.
The large Lanai has a 30 ft heated swimming pool and a view over a 
small lake onto the 16th fairway and green.
Golf packages can be arranged on the supurb 18 hole championship golf 
course which is home to the Futures Tour.

April thru Dec. $100/£55 per night plus tax less than 1 week cleaning 
charge of $90/£55 will be made.
