This home is situated in the middle of the block, with the Atlantic Ocean on the east end and the Halifax River on the west. The beach is free from crowds and excellent for swimming, biking, walking/jogging, shelling or just relaxing by the ocean enjoying the umobstructed views.
St. Augustine, the oldest city in North America, and Orlando/Theme Parks are within comfortable driving distances for daily field trips.
