Junior Suite: Sleeps 4 Adults: 2-Double Beds 1-Pull out sofa-no

Master Suite: Sleeps 6 Adults: 1-King + 2 Pull out Sofas-full kitchen 
Junior Suite: Sleeps 4 Adults: 2-Doubles + 1 Pull out Sofa-no kitchen

Full 5 Star Facility.  One of the nicest in Mexico. See their  
web page...a must for room and resort attractions. 
 
CANCUN: Only 30 min. south from the airport outside downtown Cancun;  
and 20 minutes from downtown Playa del Carmen. I'd get a Car.

Vacation Rental Amenities

The "Grand Mayan" is a new facility and is part of the Royal Mayan  
complex.  It has 3 separate living suites, a small pool on the deck  
of the master suite overlooking the ocean and really large  
rooms.  I saw pre-construction of the facility and a finished unit  
in Acapulco July 7, 2003 and bought: upgraded from the Royal Mayan  
to the 'Grand Mayan' in 2004...it's an amazing facility! 
   
The Grand Mayan lockoff is a bit smaller than the master unit; it has  
2 double beds, a pull-out sofa for kids.  No kitchen.   
 
It is top shelf and the GRAND MAYAN is a click above.  It is  
truly a supreme facility.

Activities and Attractions

In Cancun(clear water and warm) and PV(not as warm water nor as  
clear as Cancun)with on the beach accessibility to shopping and lots  
of nightlife if needed. Acapulco, Pacific Coast, is a slower pace,  
warmer, water not as clear and more family oriented. 
 
Los Cabos/Baja: They're all Grand Mayan Suites...an amazing place...we just  
returned: April '08. 
 
We've been to them all! They're all Great!!
