This is a 220 FT.lakefront property with a dock, and the beautiful sunsets it offers will ease any work anxieties you may have, swimming, fishing, (lake is stocked) hunting, ice skating is available on location, do you jog? (or walk) if so it's a great morning run around the lake, approx. one and a half miles door to door, snowmobiling, snow skiing, cross country skiing is also available in short distance's from the house, there are approx. six ski area's from 30 minutes to two hours away all highway driving. The Penn. grand canyon is unbelievable and just a 30 to 40 minute drive from the house, over four thousand Ac's of state park land, 48 miles of a dirt biking trail along a trout stream you won't believe, horse back riding or a covered wagon ride your choice, mountain biking and hiking and miles and miles of steam fishing for the angler. You can rent a canoe or mountain bike for a very reasonable price or bring your own and water rafting is also available. On the New York side which is approx. 30minutes away we have Harris hill state park, one of the first early glider ports in the U.S., it host glider rides, a public pool, a free practice golf course, minnie golf course, go kart rides, a golf driving range and batting range and a go cart track, barbeque's pits and a view of the valley from the glider port you won't believe, and If you look up you will probably see the Hang gliders that share the Harris hill take off, effortless flight. Now if your into wine we have the oldest N.Y. State Wineries in existence, the finger lake region which is approx.one to one and a half hours from the house depending on which lakes you want to visit, all beautiful and massive lakes, bring your boat and you can ski or fish in them while doing a little wine tasting its all up to you. Excellent restaurants on and around the lakes you won't go hungry. Shopping-- Mansfield Pa. is a state university town and just about 10 minutes away from the house, a super wall-mart and all the fast food places you can think of along with a band new Lowe's. Shopping Malls-- they are on the N.Y. side, Horse-heads mall, sears, penny's and lots more on one side and dicks sporting, super wall-mart and all the fast food places you can think of on the other side just off N.Y. state Rt. 17 just outside of Elmira N.Y.

If you care to extend your stay a discounted rate of a $100.00 a day will apply (a $75.00 discount).
