Vacation Rental Description

Treasure Island beach front condotel only 50 yards from beach  
on Gulf of Mexico with a captivating balcony view. This is the  
closest large condo to the beach on TI. This is a Five Star property  
and the condo has two queen sized bedrooms and two baths with large  
living room area and kitchen. Also has a queen sized pull out for a  
total of three beds. Condo is located on the fifth floor of six  
story condo, and gives a superb south west balcony view of the beach and  
Gulf of Mexico. All of the furniture and appliances are new  
including washer and dryer, dishwasher, dishes, silver and glass  
ware, cooking utensils, beach towels, beach toys, beach chairs, etc  
already in condo. Easy six-elevator access. We have put in a lot of  
extra touches to make this unit very unique, cozy and comfortable  
for our guests.  Lastly, the beach is close to the condo and there  
is no long hike to the water--on the best and closest part of the

Vacation Rental Amenities

Sunset Vista property is wonderful with two pools--very large heated  
pool with jacuzzi and separate heated kiddie pool with fountains.   
Garage parking under complex and is close to elevators. There is a  
Tiki Bar and Restaurant in full operation with live music. Also has  
a wonderful Fitness Center with weight machines and several new  
tread mills. Computer room also available in the complex. Wireless  
computer access now on premises for all condos. These are the nicest  
condo suites on Treasure Island and the closest to the water so you  
are not schleppin your stuff on long walk to the water--very short  
distance.

Activities and Attractions

Treasure Island beach is one of the best beaches on the west coast  
of Florida if not the best! It is the little jewel of the west coast  
beaches bar none. Great little town with lots of shops, restaurants,  
casino boat gambling, charter boat fishing and water sports. The  
fishing off beach or on Boca Ciega Bay is excellent. Straight shot  
from TIA only 30 minutes south on I-275 to Central exit. Head on down to  
the R Bar and Restaurant for all you can eat snow crab legs for 17  
bucks. We also have Horse Racing (Winter), Concerts at Ice Palace,  
Amphitheater and the Hard Rock, Sports--Bucs, Lightning and Devil  
Rays games, Bush Gardens, Fishing Charter Boats, Hold em poker at casinos, 
and some of the best beaches on this planet.

November Special $159 per nite (3 nite min stay) or weekly rate $995. See calandar for availability. 
 
Cash, cashiers check or money order upon arrival please. Weekly rental deposits are $350.  
 
Daily rate (three nite min) beginning 1 May 08 to 25 Jan 08.  
 
Weekly rate 1 May 08 - 31 December 08:  $1195 add 12% tax and $75 cleaning fee.  
 
Weekly rate February 08 & April 08:  $1495 add 12% tax and $75 cleaning fee.  
 
Weekly rate March 08: $1595 add 12% tax and $75 cleaning fee.  
 
*** Add $100 for Holiday weeks/weekends.
