We rented this condo for the month of Mar 2013. We were extremely pleased with this home. It was was clean, tastefully furnished and well equipped. It was centrally located for our purposes which included golf, shopping and dining out. There were several major shopping areas within a ten minute drive in all directions.

We especially appreciated the fact that the townhouse was equipped with a telephone with free unlimited calling within the US and Canada. I have rented several homes in the past and this was definately a welcomed featured.

The owner, Jim , was very helpful - before and during our visit. All I had to do was email him with a question and he answered prompltly.

We had a great time at this rental in Mesa and we look forward to doing it again in the future.

Mesa condo was well equipped!

We arrived late in the day and it was appreciated there was hand soap, kitchen supplies, trash bags, toilet paper, laundry soap, etc., on hand so we didn't have to unload our car immediately and run back out to a market. The unit was clean and looked exactly like the photos. The king bed was very comfortable. The only negative for us was the fact we never got any sunshine on the back patio as it was north facing. Also, it took 4-5 days to get used to the traffic noise as the unit backed up to a main traffic artery. Nevertheless,we enjoyed our stay, the area was very safe and the neighboring tenants were quiet. Walking trails ran alongside the adjacent golf course, a grocery store was within walking distance and very handy for us. The owner was extremely accommodating to our needs and responded within hours of our contacts. We would definitely recommend this property.

Recommended for: age 55+, girls getaway, sight seeing
