This is our 6th year with Nancy and Steve and we love their condo. It is a bright and spacious unit. The ocean can be seen from front to back. The sunsets are spectacular from the balcony or the beach. This beach is also one of the nicest around. There are huts on the ground level to eat or just watch the sunset. This condo is close to many restaurants and within walking distance. It is suitable for people on a get-a-way, those who have small children or teenagers. This year they have new furniture, new bedding, new washer and dryer and a big screen TV. It is a very cozy unit and well worth staying there.

Recommended for: adventure seekers, age 55+, families with young children, families with teenagers, girls getaway, tourists without a car, romantic getaway

I rented this condo for a week with 2 other 55+ adults. When we first got to our rental there was a HUGE issue because the beach was closed. The town was working to rebuild the beach that was damaged during the storms earlier in the year....and the balconies of the condo was being painted during our stay. Although we had to walk quite a distance to get on to the beach, we made the best of it. The week went well and we enjoyed the unit, albeit the noise from the beach refurbishing was not the serene relaxing time we had anticipated. Upon checkout, We cleaned the condo, did laundry, washed and put away dishes... Left it in the condition it was found, yet the owner indicated the stove was dirty and the carpet was dirty......She also claimed we broke her blinds. When we entered the condo, the very first thing we did was try to open the blinds. They did not open, so we manually pushed them open, and left them that way the entire week. Thought nothing of it, as our blinds cone off the track often. It's a simple fix. We did not touch the blinds again until we were leaving. We manually closed them. Originally she tried to keep our entire deposit ..but returned part of it. .. i have been trying to work with her for over a month To no avail. I would never recommended this rental....

another wonderful three weeks

We had another wonderful three weeks. We only go there for a rest, but there is plenty to do if you want to. ...we mostly camped out at the pool and enjoyed the company of the other guests. Hope to visit again. Joan
