Spacious 2 bedroom, 2 bath with powder room on 16th floor with beautiful full view of the ocean and a view of the St. Martin's River on the Bayside balcony. Fully equipped kitchen with laundry facilities in the unit. Large living room with 32in flat screen T.V and electric fireplace. Living room is furnished with Sleeper Sofa. Very clean, very large unit. Master bedroom has king sized bed and has private entrance onto the ocean front balcony. Guest bedroom has two full/queen sized beds. Both living room and master bed have regular drapes with black out shades. Both baths are fully fitted with shower, tub, vanities, mirrors and commodes Both balconies are fully furnished and are carpeted. Very large dining room which seats 6. Counter top seating for 2. Tile floors throughout hallway, living room and dining room. Both bedroom floors are carpeted.
