Beautiful 10th Floor Beachfront Condo at the Phoenix X has been completely renovated (Summer 2011) by professional decorator – freshly painted, updated lighting & ceiling fans, ceramic tile throughout, all new furniture & mattresses, plantation shutters & custom drapes. The master and living area face the Gulf with floor to ceiling windows that open to the large balcony. This 3 BR/2BA. Sleeps 8 with a king in the master bedroom, king in second bedroom and 2 twin beds in third bedroom, plus a queen sized sleeper sofa in the living room. The family room is made comfortable with a large sectional, foot stools, a leather recliner and custom drapes. It features a large flat screen TV, DVD player and audio equipment. All bedrooms have wall mounted flat screen TV’s with built in DVD players. The master bedroom has custom beddings, custom drapes and a computer desk. One guest room has twin beds and the other guest room has a king bed. The kitchen is fully equipped and the dining table seats 6 plus 4 stools at the breakfast bar. WiFi can be accessed in the unit as well as in the lobby. This is a well thought out unit with lots of extras to make your stay comfortable!
