This beautiful 2100 sq ft home is available starting June 4/12. Available for up to a 3 month rental til the end of September. It is an immaculate furnished rental with all the joys of home and sophistication of a model home. About 1 mile from Mayo Clinic. There is a formal living and dining room. Luxury grade appliances, completely stocked kitchen, granite counters, gas fireplace, pool and spa. Backyard is a beautiful oasis that backs up to a wash for additional privacy. Pets under 15 pounds. Master bdrm has a king size bed, 2 bdrms have queen size beds, and the 4th bedroom is furnished as an office with space for a single cot.
There will be an extra charge of $150 per week to heat the pool starting Nov 1. No charge for the hot tub.

Rates for May 1 - Sept 30 are : nightly - $200, weekly (7 days) - $1200, monthly (28 nights) - $3100
Rates for Oct 1 - April 30 are: nightly $275, weekly (7 days) - $1700, monthly (28 nights) - $3500.
A $89 non-refundable damage deposit is added to each rental.
Cleaning fee of $150 per rental.
