We will sleep up to 6 guests(when doubling up)...The property just under went a complete facelift with Brand new Appliances, Custom paint with Accent walls, New tile flooring in entry way, Kitchen and bathrooms and new carpet thru-out...Each bedroom has a Pillow top Queen size mattress and box Spring...2 of the bedrooms have walk -in closets and the Master has a fireplace.. The living room has a leather sectional with chaise and a 50 in big screen for your viewing enjoyment...A Queen size air mattress will be supplied to handle up to 8 guests..There is also a gym next to the Pool..

Serenity is located right around the the Corner of the New Tivoli Village..An enclave of clothing Botiques and Fine dining...

We have a minimum stay of 3 nts on the weekends Friday through Sundays and 2 nts Monday through Thursday

plus a cleaning fee of $100

Pet fee $100

Fully refundable Security deposit is $500 or $39 for accidental property damage policy(and security reduced to $100 for carpet only)..Carpet deposit refunded after check-out as long as the carpet is not soiled by any spills or shoe traffic during stay..
