This luxury home is located at the Dalton Ranch Country Club in the beautiful Animas Valley just 10 minutes north of downtown Durango and 20 minutes Durango Mountain Resort (Purgatory).
The kitchen is fully equipped for a gourmet cook and the main living space features a gas fireplace, flat screen TV, DVD player, stereo with CD player as well as assorted games, movies, CDs and books.
The centerpiece of Dalton Ranch is its challenging 7,040-yard championship semi-private golf course. Built along the Animas River, Dalton Ranch incorporates numerous wetlands and lakes.
Trimble Hot Springs with full spa is less then a mile from the house as well as endless recreational opportunities- tennis, golf, hiking, biking, swimming, downhill and cross country skiing, fly fishing, rafting, kayaking, canoeing (the list is endless really).
Stay with us and we offer DISCOUNTS on both summer (rafting trips, horseback riding etc.) and winter (ski/snowboard rentals, lift tickets, sleigh rides, snowmobile tours etc.) activities as well as the Durango/Silverton Train.
