On-site amenities at Cascade Village include an indoor heated pool, sauna, outdoor/indoor hot tubs, game room, outdoor tennis court, ski rental shop and a FREE ski shuttle to Durango Mountain Resort (Purgatory).

Furnished with high quality furnishing including a gourmet kitchen with stainless steel appliances and seating for 6 in the dining room. This exceptional property features an open floor plan, cathedral ceilings along with three bedrooms (King/Queen/2 twins) and a loft (queen pull-out bed) as well as 2 Aero Mattresses to comfortably sleep 10.

The townhome also features TVs in the main living space along and loft, a mud room, 3 car garage, laundry room, hardwood floors and slate tile in the kitchen and bathrooms.

Views of the both Engineer Mountain and the Needles Mountain range from the balcony are breathtaking.
