There are so many things in the vail valley to see and do. In winter: skiing, Beaver Creek, Arrorhead, & Vail. crosscountry skiing, snowshoeing, snowmobiling, ice skating, sledding, ice climbing, skibikes, ice fishing, and fabulous dining, and shopping. Summer: rafting, hiking, biking,rock climbing, fishing,horseback riding, sight seeing, jeep tours, golfing, tennis, swimming (summer and winter) ice skating, and we are only 58 miles from the largest natural mineral water,hot springs pool in the U.S. located in Glenwood Springs. Antiqueing in many of the small towns in the area. There are also many events such as the Bravo, which is the Rochester Philharmonic Orchestra, with guest stars. The International Festival of Dance, featuring the top ballet dancers in the world. The hot summer nights concerts, free, at Gerald Ford Ampitheater. The Vilar Center in Beaver Creek has many events featuring well know artists.
