This cozy condo with wood burning fireplace and south windows, looks straight up the slopes to Beaver Creek. It is a perfect little hide-a-way for the couple who wants privacy, quiet, and great views, and a home away from home. It is just a short walk to Nottingham lake, the river, several restaurants, the post office, the Westin Hotel, the gondola, the library, the Avon recreation center, and the shuttle buses, that pick up right out the front door. There are so many things to see and do in the area, or you could just sit outside on the patio in the morning sun and watch the hummingbirds! I think you'll be delighted with the comforts this condo has to offer.

There are so many things in the vail valley to see and do. In winter: skiing, Beaver Creek, Arrorhead, & Vail. crosscountry skiing, snowshoeing, snowmobiling, ice skating, sledding, skibikes, ice fishing, and fabulous dining, and shopping. Summer: rafting, hiking, biking, fishing,horseback riding, sight seeing, jeep tours, golfing, tennis, swimming (summer and winter) ice skating, and we are only 58 miles from the largest natural mineral water,hot springs pool in the U.S. located in Glenwood Springs. Antiqueing in many of the small towns in the area. There are also many events such as the Bravo, which is the Rochester Philharmonic Orchestra, with guest stars. The International Festival of Dance, featuring the top ballet dancers in the world. The hot summer nights concerts, free, at Gerald Ford Ampitheater. The Vilar Center in Beaver Creek has many events featuring well know artists. I'm sure I'm forgetting something but I furnish you with a list of things to do and places to go, along with restaurants and other venues. Plenty to do, you will not be bored!!!
