May (5/1) through November (11/30) - $500/week or $1800/month
December (12/1) through April (4/30) - $700/week or $2600/month**
*We reserve less than 1 month visits only 8 weeks prior to stay for
Dec -
April.
Holiday weeks - $100 extra
Pets - $100 per pet - nonrefundable (discuss with owner)
A $65 cleaning fee will also be added at the end of your stay.
There is a 10.5% tax that will be added ( 4% resort tax imposed
by Florida's Manatee County and 6.5% Florida sales tax).
Security Deposit of $300 due before stay and refundable at end of
stay. Deposit also acts as holding deposit for unit. Payment due
in full at beginning of stay for 1 week or 1 month
rentals. Due at the first of the month for multi month rentals.
Please note we ask for at least a 1 week notice for cancellations.
