Casa Colonial is four two bedroom villas surrounded by a large
privacy wall, and can accommodate from 1 to 16 guests
comfortably.

Each villa has two levels. The bedrooms are located on
the second level of each villa and each bedroom has its own full
bath. The Living room, Dining room, Kitchen, and half bath are all
located on the first level. Private balconies and patios are located
on both first and second levels of each of our four uniquely
designed villas.

We combined the feel of Old Colonial Mexico with all the modern
conveniences of today. With vibrant colors and classic Mexican
Colonial style, Casa Colonial is the perfect "Island Getaway!"

Until recently Cozumel was known as strictly a divers paradise. It
has grown into a destination resort which serves the needs of all
travelers. We can give you the inside information on places to go

The weekly rate per villa is $1,075 + 12% tax and can accommodate from 4 in each villa.

We can accommodate a maximum of 16 guests with all four villas. This is ideal for guests that want to travel with family and friends while having their own space. (please inquire for our Christmas/New Years weekly rate). For groups over 4 we can accommodate you with villas side by side.
