Rate Information:   A minimum of 50% down per reservation is required at time of booking. Final payment is due in full 45 days prior to arrival. Each reservation is also subject to a non-refundable $60 reservation fee, a non-refundable $39 damage waiver and a cleaning fee. This is taxable at the rate of 12%.
