This oceanfront home is on one level and accommodations up to 10
people.

Watch the whales, visit the casino, play golf or just relax
with a good book, this home is a perfect place for you next
oceanfront get-a-way.

This home is on a low bank beach access so just step out the door, around the fence and you are on the beach.

A large living room features a a wall of windows to the ocean, a gas
fireplace, TV, DVD and VCR and Internet. So relax in an easy chair
and just enjoy.

The fully equipped kitchen has a microwave, dishwasher, plus many
extras. Since the kitchen is part of this large living and dining area you will never feel left out of anything..

The home has 3 bedrooms, 1 queen bedroom with a full bath  Another queen in a walk thru bedroom with a full bath just outside the pocket doors.

The back half of this home has another living area with a  small kitchen.  Behind the kitchen is another full bath.

There is a queen sleeper in the living area and the bedrrom with 2 twins can be closed off with the pocket doors.  The living area has a flat screen TV, VCR/DVD. And the twin bedroom also had a flat screen TV.

Nice patio has table, chairs and a gas barbecue grill with a large fenced in yard.

Please bring sheets and towels for your party. Blankets and pillow are provided.

Parking for 3 cars, 1 in the garage, 1 behind the garage and 1 on the street.

Just a mile south of the outlet stores, and 5 miles south of the
casino, this home is located in the heart of everything you want to
do.

Miles of ocean beach to walk. The casino bus goes by your door
every hour.

Newport and the Aquarium is just 30 miles to the south.

Depeo Bay is 15 miles south.

Golf at Salishan, crab on the Siletz Bay or visit the many antique

Summer rate:
$280.00 per night for 8-10 people.
Summer rate starts Memorial Day, ends October 1st. Also for the
Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Years Holidays.
7th night free

Winter rate:
$200.00 per night for 10 people.
7th night free
Winter rate starts October 1st to Memorial weekend.

Rate Notes: $100 refundable damage deposit when home left damage free.

10.5 % room tax not included.
