TAXES: Rental rates DO NOT include the additional 6% Florida State Tax and 5% Lee County Tourism Tax (11% total) that is required to be collected on all rentals of less than 6 months.

DEPOSIT: A refundable security deposit of $500, in advance is required to reserve our condo and to initiate a lease. It will be returned after inspection and cleaning of the unit.

CANCELLATION POLICY - Cancellation must be in writing 30 days in advance and deposit will be refunded if unit can be rented for reserved time.

CLEANING FEE - Cleaning fee is an additional $100.00 and will be deducted from the deposit at the end of the rental. This includes cleaning the unit and laundry.
