The Villa at Saugerties is a modern country vacation property in a 1929 Mediterranean-style home. It is located in Saugerties, New York, just two hours from New York City and four miles from Exit 20 on the New York State Thruway.

Nestled on four wooded and pastoral acres, the Villa is tranquil and
relaxing, yet stylish by design--think W Hotel goes country. The
property itself is flanked by two flowing brooks and dotted with a
small pond. The landscape is further embellished with stone
footpaths, courtyards, fruit trees, flowers, edible herbs,
outdoor seating and a wealth of wildlife and bucolic scenery.

The four guestrooms in the main house (which can sleep up to 8
people) are equipped with private baths, cable TV, superior
bedding, A/C and a unique decorative theme.

Aside from its convenient proximity to HITS Horse Shows, Hunter Mountain, Woodstock and the town of Saugerties, the Villa features some sites of its
own: There is a 40-foot stainless-steel lined swimming pool, BBQ grill, patio-and-pool seating and a free-standing hammock for mid-afternoon naps.

The guest rooms each feature a queen-size bed dressed in 310-count Egyptian cotton sheets, private bath, air conditioning and cable TV. Two rooms
have private entrances. There is also a full kitchen equipped
with a microwave, new oven, coffee maker, toaster, blender,
refrigerator, etc. Utensils, cutlery and dishes, cell phone, wireless internet, and additional linens & towels are included as well.

Just seven miles from Woodstock, 15 minutes from Hunter Mountain, five minutes to HITS and a three minute drive from the Hudson River, the Villa at Saugerties puts the riches of the region at your fingertips--without

In high season (June-October) the Villa's weekly rental rate ranges
from $2,500-$3,500. The nightly rate is $660/night (2-night minimum required).

During low season (November-May), rates are
$1,900/week or $550/night (2-night minimum required).
Please call for holiday rates. Weekly rates are based on a Friday to
Friday stay, however rental dates are flexible. A credit card is required to hold the house. At the time of booking, you will be sent a lease agreement and given 5 days to look it over, ask questions and send the signed document back to us with your Visa or Mastercard information.
