The Beach House in Wells

The Beach House is located on Ocean Avenue across from beautiful, sandy Moody Beach in Wells, Maine.  The newly updated home has 4 bedrooms, 2 full baths and large decks to enjoy the sights and sounds of the beach.

All four bedrooms are on the second floor of the home, and include a master bedroom with king bed, sitting area, and private deck, as well as flat screen television.  One guest room with a queen bed.  One guest room with a full bed and flat screen television.  The fourth bedroom has bunkbeds (twin top and full bottom bunk) as well as a separate twin bed, flat screen television and DVD/VCR. A full bathrrom with washer and dryer is also on the second floor.

The Beach house has two zone air conditioning (separate for the first and second floors), which is rarely needed due to the large number of windows and screen doors - great breezes through the house.

On the first floor, you have your living room with new flat-screen television with cable.  There is also a table off of the living room for a separte sitting or eating area.  Also on the first floor you have your eat-in kitchen (with seating for 6 at the table, as well as four bar stools at the counter).  The kitchen has all utensils, platters, glasses, etc., that you will need, including a coffee maker.  The large deck in the front of the house can be accessed from the first floor, as can the rear deck, where there is an outdoor table and the barbecue.

Finally, the Beach house has a front lawn and lovely landscaping.
