• Cleaning fee of $150 added to all rentals

• Fully Refundable $500 deposit is required ($1,000 on Holiday and Monthly rentals)

METHOD OF PAYMENTS: Personal checks, Cashier Checks, Money Orders and Pay Pal available for Credit Card users.  Deposit will be returned within 7 business days of departure if there is no damage.  We inventory and inspect the unit before & after your stay.   You will be charged for missing items including linens, keys, etc.  You will be charged for damage done to the home beyond normal wear and tear.

CANCELLATION POLICY: Cancellations less than 30 days prior to arrival, there is a fee of $250.
