The name says it all - CREEKSIDE RETREAT. This secluded home is located on a noisy, rushing creek in the wooded mountains of North Carolina. Kick back on the large deck and enjoy watching and listening to the winding creek as the water rolls by. Feel the stress slowly fade away in this truly serene setting.

This 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath home has a large open floor plan, floor to ceiling stone, gas log fireplace, rough hewn oak floors and walls of windows and doors to help one appreciate the remarkable surrounding natural beauty. The master bedroom has a queen size bed and is located on the main level with a door leading to the screened porch.  There is an on-suite bath  with a double vanity and a large, tile shower.  In the terrace level is a bedroom with a queen size bed and an on-suite bath with a tub/shower combo.  The third bedroom is also located in the terrace level.  This bedroom has a day bed and a trundle bed.  All bedrooms are located on the creek side of the home.

If you are looking to get away from it all, then this is the home. That said, a championship 18 hole golf course is located just down the road. Besides the class-A fishing creek, a private pond and a trout farm resides within walking distance.    

Main Level - Fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances; Dining room with seating for 6; Living room with gas log fireplace and large screen TV; Master bedroom with Queen bed and access to screened porch; Master bathroom with large, tile shower and double vanity.

Terrace level - Bedroom 2 with a Queen bed and on-suite bathroom; Bedroom 3 with a daybed and trundle bed; Family room with flat screen TV; Utility room.

Holidays: $150 per night/$900 per week; Minimum 3 night stay

Off-Season - Nov 16 - May 14 - $125 per ngiht/$750 per week; Minimum 2 night stay

Rates based on up to 4 persons, Extra persons Fee: $10 per person /per night. No Smoking! NO Pets!

Departure Cleaning Fee: $110; Damage Waiver: $55; Taxes: 11.75% (6.75% on stays of 10 nights or more)
