Vacation Rental Description

This beautiful, remodeled and upgraded private house is  
located on a large quiet corner lot featuring fruit trees and  
decorative picket fencing.  There is parking on premises for two  
vehicles and free public parking across the street, providing room  
for your boat and trailer with a free launch ramp to the  
Intracoastal waterway just one block north.  The beautiful Gulf of  
Mexico beach is only two blocks away where you can enjoy sunbathing,  
swimming, fishing, shelling, or just going for a stroll to take in  
the magnificent sunsets.  There is an outside shower at the house to

Vacation Rental Amenities

Queen size bed with separate rooms for up to three additional  
guests on sleeper couches.  There is one full bath with tub/shower.   
All linens, towels, and bedding are furnished. 
 
Cable TV with built in DVD and cordless telephone with answering  
machine for local service.   
 
Equipped with ceiling fans, a stacked washer and dryer, and heat pump  
providing central heat and air conditioning. 
 
The kitchen features an electric cook top, a counter top oven,  
dishwasher, toaster, coffee maker, new microwave and antique kitchen  
sink.  All dishes, glassware, utensils, pots and pans are provided.  A  
Weber charcoal kettle is provided for use at the house, not the  
beach. 
 
Beach chairs & beach umbrella are included.

Activities and Attractions

At historic John's Pass village, less than a half-mile away, you  
will find a variety of restaurants and unique curio shops along the  
boardwalk featuring everything from the fresh catch of the day, to  
live bait for catching your own, to clothing and accessories along with  
many unusual gift shops.  You can charter a boat for deep sea  
fishing, rent a wave runner, take a dinner or casino cruise, or go  
scuba diving or parasailing.  There are public tennis courts on  
Treasure Island. 
 
Outlet malls, shopping centers, ballroom dancing and a  
wide variety of restaurants are available throughout the Tampa,  
Treasure Island, and St. Petersburg area. 
 
Fort De Soto Wildlife Preserve is nearby where you can picnic, fish,  
roller blade, or bicycle.  Tampa International Airport, Busch  
Gardens, Lowry Park Zoo, and the Florida Aquarium are 30 minutes  
away.  Universal Studios, Disney World, and Epcot Center are a 90  
minute ride to Orlando.  Treasure Island is a vacation paradise.
