on a quiet cul-de-sac, this single-level home features  ocean views from the front of the house and
easy access to the beach path leading to the ocean.  Guests of this home have free use of the
Beachside community swimming pool and tennis court conveniently located within
a short walking distance.  The home
offers a sundeck furnished with 2 Adirondack chairs that is ideal for soaking
up some rays, plus a screened porch with table and seating for 4.  A gas grill, outside shower and parking
underneath the house are a few of the amenities this house offers. With three
bedrooms and two full baths, this home accommodates up to eight guests.

The main living area, with its vaulted
ceiling,  includes an entertainment
center with TV, DVD player, expanded tier cable and wireless
internet.  A stocked bookshelf includes
some choice beach reading. The dining area seats six, and is separated from the
kitchen by a pass-through opening. The fully equipped, eat-in kitchen has a
large side-by-side refrigerator, electric range, microwave and dishwasher.  The center prep island offers more seating with
two counter stools.  An additional, cozy cafe
table for two is a perfect spot to enjoy your morning coffee.



The split floor plan separates the Master Bedroom from the guest bedrooms.  The Master Bedroom features a comfortable King,
four-poster bed, TV with expanded tier cable, and private access
through sliding glass doors to the screened porch.  The private Master Bath features a tub/shower
and a double sink vanity.   On the other
side of the living area are two guest bedrooms. Both bedrooms have two Twin
beds and share the full hall bath with tub/shower. Each of these bedrooms
includes its own TV with expanded tier cable. This home also maintains two
rollaway beds to accommodate up to eight guests.
