Your adventure could include deep-sea fishing. As a seasoned sailor, you have access to 70 feet of dock space and your vacation home is only one-fourth mile to the bay and open water. Or if you prefer, Captain Ron (just steps down the dock) will be happy to navigate for your excursion. At the end of the day, relax in one of the local pubs as they prepare your catch of the day to your liking

Imagine fun filled days and evenings relaxing in the patio and yard area! The patio is spacious and surrounded by tropical vegetation, and of course the channel flows by your door. Swim in the pool, or recline in the hot tub. Both have optic lighting for romantic evening dips. The covered picnic area and Tiki Hut offer shelter for dining and grilling, or for watching the patio flat screen T.V. while enjoying the soft tropical breezes.

This two level home invites you into a huge family room on the first level. The plush furniture provides comfort as your family watch their favorite shows on the flat screen T.V. A refrigerator is also available in the family room for your convenience. This family room is open and offers lots of room for family members to spread out for games and fun.

You access the upper level and kitchen from spiral stairs in the family room or from outside stairs in the patio area. Any cook would be excited upon entering the well equipped modern kitchen. Enjoy casual conversation at the breakfast bar, more intimate times at the Cabana Table, or dine more formally with family and friends at the full dining set.

This house also offers a fully screened deck on the second level. Enjoy evening breezes while relaxing with an after dinner beverage. From this view you may see a manatee floating in the channel. You could also grill up here, or sit back and watch a sunset.
