Vacation Rental Description

  Welcome to SOHO at the Shore! This South Avalon Manhattan style home is elegantly furnished with 
all new 
furniture and 2 totally renovated kitchens with Corian counters and stainless steel appliances. The 
1st floor 
foyer opens to dining room and kitchen. Don't miss the billiard room and in-law suite with king size 
bed. The 2nd 
floor opens onto a large casual landing with TV and 2 day beds(Full size). Additional twin bed in 
sleeping nook 
off landing. Off the landing is the Master Suite with whirl pool tub. There are 2 more bedrooms, a 
queen and a 
twin over full bunk bed. All these bedrooms have bay views. Laundry is also conveniently located on 
the 2nd 
floor. The 3rd floor Great Room has an entertainment kitchen with wine refrigerator and Jenn air cook 
top in the 
island plus dining for 8. Other amenities include high speed internet access, 4 TV's, 3 DVD players, 
2 
dishwashers, 2 refrigerators and 2 zone air conditiong. There are 4 decks plus patio with gas grill 
overlooking 
the unique pool with spacious spa. From the rooftop deck, you can see 360 degrees from Ocean City to 
Wildwood and the ocean to the bay. There is also a dock with 2 boat slips. The beach is only a block 
and a half 
away, 61st Street, a raft beach. The house is located half way between Avalon and Stone Harbor. Huge 
home 
ensures privacy and plenty of space to relax. OWNER REQUESTS TENANT SIGN POOL ADDENDUM Pool heat is 
maintained at 80 degrees from 5/27/08 to 9/30/08.  Call for additional information & Pool addendum to 
lease.  
No unaccompanied persons under 21 years of age.  Security deposit is $400.00.

The Rooftop Deck, one of 4, is perfect for viewing sunsets over the bay or just to get away from it 
all.
The Billiard Room just off the main kitchen is perfect for bringing the family together in the 
evenings or on cloudy 
days.
  What's near by?   The Beach, 61st Street access is a raft beach with lifeguard so don't forget the 
boogy board.
The home is located in the middle of the island, an easy bike ride or drive to Stone Harbor or Avalon 
center city 
areas where you will find shopping, dining, cinema, miniature golf & water sports.  There are public 
recreation 
areas with tennis & basketball courts plus playgrounds in both cities. The calendar of events in 
Avalon & Stone 
Harbor is full year round, with lots of fun, free events to attend.  Because it is a shore resort, 
you’ll see more 
activities in the summer, but even in the off-season there are a ton of things to do:  Parades, craft 
shows, 
flower shows, antique shows, fireworks, movie nights, sand sculpture contests, and much more.   Don't 
miss the 
Cape May County Zoo, the Wetlands Institute and championship Golf courses near by.
