For that period we can only rent by the week and the maximum 8 people including all children still applies. Total for the week that covers the period of January 18-22 all inclusive is $3,200 prepaid and a $500 security deposit. We have enough parking for many cars. Thank you.

We invite you to stay at our townhouse, which is in the same neighborhood as the Congressional Club, the site of the 2011 US Open Golf Tournament, during your next visit to the greater Washington area.

The house is located in between two of the most desirable cities in the suburbs of Washington DC: Bethesda and Potomac, MD. Because of this favorable location, the place enjoys all the urban amenities of Bethesda and Washington together with the wide open space offered by Potomac. It is located at the very junction of the 270 and 495 highways giving you very convenient access to all major cities nearby. While it's not located directly on a Metro line, one can drive or take a Ride-on bus from outside the community to both Grosvernor and Bethesda stations on the Red line - which should take less than 10 minutes either way, and from there another 15 minutes to the heart of Washington DC and its museums and monuments.

There are many restaurants, stores, cafe's, and things to do in this area. The parks, the hiking trail, the free tennis courts, the swimming pool, high end grocery stores, the famous Westfield Montgomery Mall right across the street etc together add a great deal of value to this house and will surely make your staying a memorable experience.

House itself has fenced in backyard with a great view of a lake and the woods in the back. The community in which it is located is beautifully landscaped and pet and children friendly. House has hardwood floor in most areas and carpet in the others. Paint is new and carpet regularly washed professionally.
