Welcome to Blueberry Ribbon 1930's Cottage. A great private getaway cottage within small town charm that is comfortable, well maintained, and modern. It is within strolling distance to restaurants, grocery stores, and town activities. Centrally located for day trips to: natural wonders of major national parks and monuments - Zion, North Grand Canyon, Bryce, and Grand Staircase Escalante, and more. Visitors from all over the world travel year-round to also visit the town's Best Friends Animal Sanctuary or to enjoy its Hollywood Western history. Year-round average mild weather in Kanab, Southern Utah.

Per guest review: This is an excellent home base for exploring. Easy access to the Grand Canyon, Zion, Bryce and much more. Well furnished and comfortable mornings preparing for the day and evenings to relax.  We had a safe, quiet and relaxing experience. The house is furnished for all home needs while traveling.

Bedroom has a queen size Beauty Rest Firm bed with mattress pad, four pillows, comforter, large dresser with mirror, night stand & light, ceiling fan & light, carpet flooring, and double closets. The bed is designed for added comfort and to minimize motion that would wake a partner. Ceiling fan, TV, and double closets. Iron & board, and humidifier in one closet. Extra Bed - a full size air mattresses with mattress pad, two pillows, bedding sheets, and blanket is available for use in the living room. It provides a truely comfortable bed for a good night's sleep and is easy to set up or fold away with the use of its air mattress pump.

Living room features flat screen satellite TV above large fireplace and seating for 5 people. Wood flooring in kitchen and nook. Tile flooring in the living room, bathroom, and laundry area. Inside laundry area with washer, dryer, and detergent. Full Bathroom with shower and tub. Large private enclosed back patio with peek-a-boo view of cliffs, tables, 6 chairs, umbrella, 2 hammocks, and 2 charcoal grills. Plenty of guest parking on private property - RV or trailer/boat parking possible. Front of property has a view of town's surrounding red rock cliffs. Some ice provided in the freezer.  Wireles internet available.

Centrally located for day trip activities: major national parks - Zion, North Grand Canyon, Bryce, Lake Powell, and more. About 3.5 hours from Las Vegas, Nevada. Annual events (esp., Hollywood Movie Western Ledgends in August) and parades (esp., 4th of July & Pioneer Days) for families to enjoy. Local artists, antiques, and small town charm. Also within day 's drive for visiting larger cities
