Vacation Rental Description

EastShore is an elegant lakefront home nestled in a quiet cove on  
Lake Keowee, SC.  The home is located off Highway 183, approximately  
10 miles from Seneca, SC and 15 minutes from Clemson University. 
 
This spacious, 2700 square foot home has 5 Bedrooms plus sleeping alcove, 3 Baths and the following  
features: 
 
Main Floor 
 
The main floors features a Great Room with beautiful hardwood floors  
and a 22 ft. ceiling, dining room and  fully equipped modern  
kitchen.  The large living room features(32"TV/VCR/Stereo); a  
fireplace and a wall of windows overlooking the cove below. The  
beautiflly tiled bath sits between two bedrooms.  One bedroom  
features a queen bed and the other has two single beds, which can be  
put together to form a king.  The main level boasts a 34 x 12 ft deck  
overlooking the lake.  Additionally, there is a two-car attached  
garage off the main level. 
 
Master Bedroom Loft 
 
The 30 x 18 ft Master Bedroom suite includes: a king bed and set of  
bunkbeds with a full-size on bottom and a queen on top: private tiled  
bath with garden tub and shower; and walk-in closet.  Loft overlooks  
great room and is open to views outside and below.  The loft has a  
32" TV/DVD/VCR and cable TV and wireless DSL for computer access  
anywhere in the house.  Just bring your laptop. 
 
Lower Level 
 
Family Room, 2 bedrooms and a sleeping alcove, 1 bath and  
laundry room on this level.  Bedroom one features a single bed  
(bunked) over a full-size bed.  Bedroom two features a full size   
bed.  The Family Room also contains an additional sleeping alcove  
with a full size bed with twin bunked overhead.  There is an  
additional TV/VCR in the family room for movie viewing and video  
gaming.  Bring your system and plug in.  The family room also has a  
ping pong table for your enjoyment. 
 
EastShore contains all the comforts of home. The 34 x 12 foot deck  
off the main level, complete with grill, overlooks the cove below,  
where the new double-deck boat dock complete with sun deck is ready  
for your boat to tie up. (A jet ski ramp is also attached for your  
use) Steps and Walkways lead you gently to the dock below, where you  
can jump right in for a quick swim or take off in your boat.   
 
Lake Keowee is appx 36 miles long and has many wonderful family  
activities, swimming, waterskiing, sailing, etc.  The lake has 2  
jumping rocks, rope swing, waterfall and beach areas and many other  
fun activities.

Activities and Attractions

Lake activities include-swinning, boating, fishing, waterskiing,  
sailing, jetskiing, etc. The lake has several marinas, 2 jumping  
rocks, rope swing, waterfall, beach areas, and plenty of room to get  
away from the crowd.  Or join the crowd at the waterfall and beach  
for barbecue and volleyball. 
 
Area activites include: hiking, rock climbing, golfing, souvenir  
shopping, novelty shops. 
 
Seneca, Clemson and Pickens are 3 towns within 12 miles of the  
lakehouse with all the shopping, flea marketing, movies and fine  
restaurants that you could want.

Vacation Rental Rates

2008 Summer Season (May 24 - Sept. 6):  $2000 per week 
Holidays:  Thanksgiving and Christmas:  $1600 per week 
Spring and Fall, 2008 (March 1 - May 24; Sept. 6 - Nov. 30th):  $1400 per week; $300/night (min. of 3  
nights) 
Off - Season (December 1 - February 28th):  $1000 per week; $250 per night (min. of 3 nights)
