"Lily Haven" is a secret garden hideaway retreat in downtown Santa Barbara. Close enough to walk to the Mission of Santa Barbara and downtown and yet nestled in a garden setting with flowers and outdoor lounging areas with great privacy. All windows look out on the garden helping you unwind after a busy day exploring all Santa Barbara offers.

All bedrooms are very private from each other and each enjoys its own bath and each is equipped with it's own TV. The Master suite has a huge walk in closet and a large custom tiled bath with jacuzzi tub and separate glass enclosed shower. A double vanity with seating area completes the relaxing atmosphere. Upstairs suite has a outdoor balcony with lounging area to enjoy the sun in private. One King bedroom, two queen bedrooms, plus a queen sofa bed in the living room and an additional one person sleeping area on a front indoor sun porch.

Huge kitchen with all appliances and utensils is a cook's dream. Multiple cook's have plenty of counter space. The visiting non-cooks can hang out at the breakfast bar or lounge on the loveseat seating area. Create your own California cuisine while taking in the view of the gorgeous garden that can bee seen through the double french doors with skylight overhead.

The front sun porch is a cozy hideaway for someone who might want to get away from the group and read a book. The comfortable lounge chair opens up to a twin size bed and it can serve as a fourth bedroom as there are french doors which close it off from the living room.

The huge living room has comfortable seating for eight and a 46" HDTV equipped with blu-ray player which can access your Netflix and Blockbuster accounts. Or put on the stereo just chill together. Games, puzzles galore are provided as is a game table to have some great family fun.

There is an indoor dining table which when the leaves are inserted opens to seat 8. It sits in a separate, quaint dining area with a bay window that looks out on the orange tree outside.

Enjoy the beautiful Santa Barbara weather from your personal garden/backyard. Relax in a lounge chair and watch the birds as they play in the bubbling fountain. How could life be better?

During weekly stays only: For the adventurous, two beach cruiser bicycles are provided at an arranged time for a three hour time period (a $60 value) to explore the town & beaches--only minutes away!

In Santa Barbara you can hike in the mountains and swim at the beach on the same day! This property is located close to it all. Just a short walk to the "Queen of the Missions" and local popular eateries and even downtown center. The beach and Montecito are just an easy 10 minute drive. Santa Barbara offers a wealth of cultural and athletic activities from kayaking, windsurfing, whale watching, fishing, biking, golf to local theatre, museums and cultural events.

Winter --November 1- March 31. Nightly rate $349.  Weekly rate for up to 9 people $1900 (3 day min)

Spring-- April 1- May 14. Nightly rate $425. Weeky rate $2200 for up to 9 people (3 day min)

Summer --May 15 -September 15. $525/night. (5 day  min  )$2595  a week for up to 9 people.

Fall-- Sept. 16 -October 31. Nightly rate $425, Weekly $2200 for up to 9 people.

Stay five nights and save with the benefit of the weekly rate.

Five night minimum for July and August , that receives the weekly rate which is the lowest rate for that time period.

Shorter stays considered if that is all available or it is close to the booking time period. Always a three day minimum.

All booking transactions outside the U.S. must be on a credit card.

Holidays have higher rates and longer minimum stays.

All stays under 31 days incur 12% bed tax.

$225 cleaning fee. Security deposit varies with sta
