This home is perfect for attending Air Force Academy events or exploring other area attractions such as Pikes Peak, Garden of the Gods, Seven Falls, Manitou Springs, Cave of the Winds, the US Olympic Training Complex, The Broadmoor Hotel, World Arena functions and many more attractions. Other Activities: 10 minutes from the Air Force Academy south gate, 10 minutes from UCCS university, 5 minutes from hot air balloon rides.

The kitchen is very well equipped with all new utensils, pots, pans, chinaware, baking dishes, blender, full size microwave, brand new stove, fridge, oven, and dishwasher, cozy breakfast nook with two bar stools right next to the dining room table that seats 6. The family room has a cozy fireplace and a flat screen TV with a DVD and VCR player. Free Wi-Fi wireless internet connection.
Two bedrooms upstairs, each with a queen bed. Loft has a queen sleeper sofa.
If additional sleeping facilities are required the fully finished basement may be available for an additional fee that sleeps 4 and is equipped with a full bathroom, kitchenette, queen size bed and a pull out sleeper sofa.
