No pets, no smoking please. The kitchen is very well equipped with all new utensils, pots, pans, chinaware, baking dishes, blender, full size microwave, brand new stove, fridge, oven, and dishwasher, cozy breakfast nook with two bar stools right next to the dining room table that seats 6. The family room has a cozy fireplace and a flat screen TV with a DVD and VCR player. Free Wi-Fi wireless internet connection.
Two bedrooms upstairs, each with a queen bed. Loft has a queen sleeper sofa.
If additional sleeping facilities are required the fully finished basement may be available for an additional fee that sleeps 4 and is equipped with a full bathroom, kitchenette, queen size bed and a pull out sleeper sofa.
