This four bedroom home has two bedrooms upstairs with one of the bedrooms overlooking the pool with deck access. The bedrooms in the upstairs of the house are quiet and private allowing guests a great place to relax.

The master bedroom is located downstairs and has a queen bed, exposed beam ceilings, faux fireplace with flat screen television, hardwood floors, and nice blinds over large windows so that you have a choice of letting the beautiful Southern sunshine in or blocking it out. The master bedroom is located just off the living room. The fourth bedroom is located just across from the master bedroom and has a queen bed, hardwood floors, exposed brick, faux fireplace and lots of natural light if you should choose to leave the blinds open.

Downstairs provides a great space for visiting with family and friends with two rooms located just off of the pool area. One is a family entertainment area with a bar with seating for four, a flat screen TV, tile floors and plenty of space for hanging out if you’re spending time inside after taking a dip or just wanting to enjoy the sunshine. The other space just off the pool area is the formal dining room with seating for eight. 

Renting homes from Southern Belle is painless and professional. We take credit cards and require a $500.00 deposit to confirm the booking which is applied towards the remaining balance. For example, if your total is $1,500, we will take a $500 deposit and your remaining balance will be $1000. Thirty days prior to your arrival our booking software will charge the balance automatically. We also sell Traveler's Insurance which covers medical, hotels if you get stuck in a city, or trip cancellation for any reason.

This wonderful vacation rental home in the Savannah Historic District has a great outdoor entertaining area with a large pool for your enjoyment. If you are touring the beautiful city of Savannah or if you are here on business, this vacation rental home will be perfect as your home away from home. We believe this is the ONLY Savannah vacation rental with a pool in the Savannah Historic District. Please send us an email if you know of another property so we may refer other guests to the location. This wonderful home also has three private parking spots. Two of the private parking spots are in a garage in the rear of the home and one is located on the street side of the home. 

Our home is conveniently located less than 1/2 block from Forsyth Park. You won’t have any problem touring from this location…….if you should decide to leave the comfort of your Savannah vacation rental with a pool! In addition to all the amenities offered in this fabulous home, there are multiple restaurants and stores within a stone’s throw of your front door. The Mansion on Forsyth Park, Brighter Day Organic Foods, Sentient Bean Coffee Shop, Local Ten Eleven and the Kroger Grocery Store are just a few restaurants and stores right out your front door!
