Located in the Mountain base area off of Mt Werner road, this refurbished 4bd/5ba Moraine Town Home is less than a ½ mile from the base of the Steamboat Ski Resort, which is a short ride on the FREE shuttle, a quick 2 minutes when driving by car, or an easy walk along the path to the base of the Ski area. You are also also only a few blocks from the Rollingstone Ranch Golf Course and the Steamboat Nordic Center. The Moraine Town Homes have an outdoor pool (summer only) and shared outdoor hot tubs that are open year round.

The large open floor plan on the 1st level allows you to move freely from the kitchen, dining area (seating for 10-13) or the extra large living room with plenty of windows and a large deck framing the beautiful valley and mountains of Steamboat! The fully equipped kitchen with all stainless appliances and breakfast bar will be a welcome site for the cook in your family.

When your meal is complete, your group is free to watch a movie or catch the big game while sitting on one of the leather couches in front of the 37inch flat screen TV. You are also free to finish that favorite novel or plan the next day's adventures in front of the gas fireplace.

After you decide to retire for the evening and rest your muscles from a day on the slopes or a hike in the mountains, the two master bedrooms include all the comforts you need for a peaceful night’s sleep. Each master bedroom includes a king bed, full bathroom and your own private balcony.

The remaining two bedrooms include 2 twins beds in guest bedroom #3 and two twins in bedroom #4 (perfect for the kids). All bedrooms include plenty of closet space as well. There are 5 full bathrooms located within the town home as well. You can also forget about scraping the snow and ice off your windshield by parking your vehicle in the heated garage where there is plenty of room to store your skis and snowboards in the winter or bikes and golf clubs in the Summer months.
