Beautiful Island House in Key Biscayne

This charming 3/2 house is located on the beautiful Island Paradise of Key Biscayne. It has a private back yard with a pool and gas grill. The living room area has vaulted ceiling, a flat screen TV, surround sound and DVD. A separate Florida room is set up as a childrean play room with toys and activity table and seating. The master bedroom has a king size bed. The second bedroom has 2 twin size beds that expand to 2 king beds and a dresser. The third bedroom has a full size bed with a pull out trundle twin bed.

The barrier island of Key Biscayne occupies a privileged location, nestled between the beautiful beaches of the Atlantic Ocean and the pristine waters of Biscayne Bay.

Only 7 miles drive by causeway from the bustle of downtown Miami, Key Biscayne is a world of its own. It's a cosmopolitan community where the sounds of languages from throughout the world mingle together in one voice of love for the Island Paradise that its residents call home.

Key Biscayne is an unequaled place to do everything from golfing to tennis to fishing to diving. Bike through the tropical wilds of Bill Baggs Cape Florida State Recreation Area, skate around Crandon Gardens, take your toddler to play in the tot lot, toss a frisbee around the Village Green, sail, swim, sunbathe and, of course, shop and enjoy the island's varied restaurants.
