Newly renovated 5 bedroom, 3 full bath villa with private pool in Emerald Island Resort, a gated community 3 miles from Disney Parks World and located near many other popular attractions in Orlando!

Our villa offers 2000 s.f. of air-conditioned living & play space; with newly tiled floors, new furniture, lovely decorations, and much more.  The 5 bedrooms are comfortably furnished with 2 brand new king beds and 1 queen bed, plus 4 twin beds, hideaway beds and a crib.

All bedrooms have quality linen, towels, hangers, and beddings for winter and summer. You can find extra linen, blankets, and towels in the walk-in closet.
 

The kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerator, stove, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, coffee maker, blender, and other cooking and dinning utensils. There is also a gas grill for BBQ on pool side. Other amenities include flat screen TVs, high speed internet access, game tables, and pool toys. Laundry facilities (a washer & separate dryer) can be found in the utility area at the back of the garage.

After a long day at the parks, relax by the pool (can be heated). Patio furniture is provided. The pool is fitted with a child safety fence and is fully screened to keep the bugs out but allow the sunshine in. For those extra warm days, the covered lanai provides a welcome shade from the sun.
