The fully remodeled kitchen boasts granite counter-tops, stainless steel appliances, eat at bar with seating for 3.  The kitchen is equipped with plenty of dishes, silverware, pots and pans and cooking utensils.

The dining room has seating for six,  and the living room has an over sized leather sectional sofa, recliner and 52'' wall mount L.E.D. television complete with DVD player. Each bedroom is equiped with it's own t.v.

Talk about views, the best feature is the sliding glass doors which allow for a totally unobstructed view of the beach and the Gulf of Mexico right from your living room or master bedroom. 

The PRIVATE Balcony complete with  patio table and seating for four along with comfortable lounge chairs for your relaxation are perfect for dolphin watching or taking in some of the most beautiful sunsets on Earth

Our Modern and Luxurious 3 bedroom/ 2 bath unit is the perfect spot to enjoy all that beautiful Madeira Beach has to offer. One mile South of the unit is Historic Johns Pass.  Here you will find a countless array of resturants, shops, boat and jet-ski rentals, parasailing, fishing charters, dolphin cruises and more.

Disney World and Universal Studios are a short 90 minute drive from the condo and Busch Gardens is only 30 minutes away.
