This home is nestled in the foothills of Northeast Tucson.
You will love this home and the incredible sunsets and views.
If you want to be in the heart of a Saguaro forest and a magnificent 
upscale golf course this is the place.  The home is perfect for 2 to 
4 people.  The home is situated very close to Mt Lemmon Hwy and 
Houghton Road.  You are 5-10 minutes to nearby shopping, restaurants 
and theatres.  When you come to Tucson and stay here you will be 
truly in the desert.  We even provide fresh caf/decaf coffees, 
trailmix, microwave popcorn, dish and laundry detergents.  We want 
your stay to be special not just a visit to a run down investment 
property.  No keys need to be mailed as you will have a personal 
secure coded entry lock box.  Simply let yourself in upon arrival!

Vacation Rental Amenities

This is a super clean and cozy 2 bedroom / 2 bath home.  Put 
yourself in the heart of the Northeast Foothills and at the base of 
the Catalina Mountains.  This home is on the number 7 fairway of the 
prestigious Arizona National Golf Course.  You have your own private 
outdoor patio with gas BBQ, water fountain, patio furniture and 
firepit.  The home is decorated in rustic decor and has most 
everything you need for a fabulous stay.  There are 2 bedrooms in 
this split plan home of approximately 1400 square feet.  Master 
bedroom has private bath, firm king size bed, cable tv and dvd 
player.  The 2nd bedroom at the other end of the home has a pillow 
top queen size bed and bathroom across the hall.  There is a full 
kitchen with all the cookware, silver and place settings for 8.
There is a den that has a high grade futon couch that is perfect for 
overnight visitors and grandkids.  This home is perfect and clean.
You have access to our stock of dvds, maps and binoculars.  There 
are 2 way radios and area trail maps.  Check out the other pictures

Activities and Attractions

You are a short walk to the pristine driving range (home to the 
University of Arizona Golf teams), heated pool and jacuzzi, large 
exercise facility, and miles of gorgeous walking paths.  You will be 
2 minutes to Mount Lemmon Hwy and Agua Caliente Park (birders 
paradise).  15 minutes to Sabino Canyon.  20 minutes from Tucson 
International Airport.  Horseback riding is super close and wildlife 
is right out your back door.

High Season 2006 & 2007 - December thru March $4,495 monthly
Weekly 7 nights of your choice - $1,995 weekly

May & October/November 2006 -  Special $2,995 monthly
Weekly 7 nights of your choice - $1,295 weekly (Thanksgiving $1,995)

Low Season 2006 - June thru Sept $2,195 monthly
Weekly 7 nights of your choice - $1,095 weekly

Includes all utilities and local phone/basic cable with $300.00 
monthly cap. Shared heated pool and jacuzzi, and shared indoor 
excercise facility.
