Charming,Stylish & Spacious! Approx. 1700 sq. ft., this home is filled with original Art, Antiques and Artistic Touches. This is not your regular vacation rental!
No smoking in house. Sorry, no pets.
Minimum age of renting adult must be at least 25 years old - this is not a party house.
This house is for quiet, respectful people who will treat it like their home. Thanks for understanding.

2nd Bedroom has a large deck overlooking the park-like grounds. King size bed. Ceiling fan.
3rd. Bedroom with antique double bed, feels like you are in the treetops with the tall pine tree outside the large window.
You'll find Pretty French Charm in the Dining room (seating for 6) that opens to the living room.
The Living room has a Tommy Bahama look. Marble fireplace and French doors that leads to the back garden.

skis, paddle boats or water ski at the lagoon ( just blocks away). Quaint Carlsbad
village is a 15 minute walk, with wonderful fine & casual restaurants, shops and
