Low Season:   September 1 to October 31 - $1,300.00 
 
Monthly Rates: 
Peak Season:  January 1 to March 31 - $5,200.00 
              November, December & April 1 to August 31 - $4,600.00 
Low Season:   September 1 to October 31 - $3,700.00 
 
Reservation and Security deposits required 
No smoking and no pets allowed 
Rates include all utilities except long distance phone 
Add 10% for holiday weeks 
Multiple month rentals receive discounts & are encouraged 
Rates do not include cleaning fee, pool heat and Florida tax
