vacation rental rates
Minimum period rental is 1 month (4 weeks) , in order to meet the Association rules.
Pay attention to the rates, as there are different rates depending on HOLIDAYS of the year.
April 2013: 800$/week + Easter week: 1,600$/week = 4000$/month (Holiday rate)
May 2013 to November 2013: 2800$/month
December 2013:800$/week + Christmas: 1,600$/week = 4000$/month (Holiday rate)
January 2014: 800$/week + New Year's Eve: 1,600$/week = 4000$/month (Holiday rate)
February 2014: 3200$/month
March 2014: 3200$/month
April 2014: 800$/week + Easter week: 1,600$/week = 4000$/month (Holiday rate)
In order to confirm the reservation, the renter has to send to the owner the signed seasonnal agreement contract (paper work) and a deposit equivalent to 50% of the total amount of the rent in a maximum of 5 days after he has asked for a reservatoin. The balance of the full amount will have to be paid 60 days before arriving date. DEAL! Rent 3 months in a row and get a rebate of 100$ per month!!! That's a deal! Jump on it!
Lee County + Tourist tax: + 11% Cleaning fees: 150$
The Association requires a 150$ application fee for all renters to be approved (no refund in any case). Security deposit: 1000$ (to be sent back 4 weeks after departure).
US Dollars only. Money order or Bank Wire Transfer will be accepted. Prospective renters must first call owner using telephone number listed in this website if using Wire Transfer.
4PM Check-in. 11AM Check out.
***Minimum age requirements apply = Main renter should be 30 years old + and present the entire time of the rental period.
