The 3 story house offers 2 fully furnished 1,500 square foot condos. Each one sleeps up to 10 people and has a 2 car garage attached.

The lower unit featuring the first and second story offers 3 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms with tub/shower, half bathroom, full kitchen, and a living room that opens to a wonderful patio offering plenty of seating and beautiful partial ocean views. You find the kitchen, dining and living area as well as a half bathroom on the first floor. In addition to the dining seating, the kitchen is fully equipped and has bar counter seating. Great for entertaining! Walk out the living room and relax on the spacious fully furnished private patio with a gas BBQ. The second floor features all three bedrooms and two full bathrooms. Sleeping arrangements include: King size bed with twin bed in the Master bedroom, Queen size bed in the second bedroom, and a full/full/twin bunk bed in the third bedroom. A pack-n-play (portable crib) is also available.

The upper unit featuring the second and third story offers 3 bedrooms with a wrap around balcony, 2 full bathrooms with tub/shower, half bathroom, full kitchen, and a living room that opens to spacious balcony. The first floor of this unit is on the second story offering a light open floor plan of the living, dining, and kitchen area as well as a half bathroom. This floor is highlighted by beautiful views. French doors open up to a large balcony with breathtaking partial water views complete with a gas BBQ. In addition to the dining seating, the kitchen is fully equipped and has bar counter seating. Great for entertaining! The third story (=second floor of the unit) features all three bedrooms, two full bathrooms, and laundry facilities. This floor has a 260 Degree wrap around balcony with ocean and partial bay views. Sleeping arrangements include: King size bed with twin bed in the Master bedroom, Queen size bed in the second bedroom, and a full/full/twin bunk bed in the third bedroom. There is also a pack n play (portable crib) and a bed/couch with twin trundle available. Both have proper twin mattresses.

This is the perfect place for long lasting memories of family reunions. Not only is the house warm, comfortable, spacious and offers beautiful ocean and bay views but it is also conveniently located in the heart of Mission Beach. It is in walking distance to many fun beach activities, conveniences, bars and restaurants. If you prefer to play on the calmer bay side of Mission Beach, it is only three blocks walk (4-5 minutes).
The attached garages each fit two compact sedans or one large SUV.
