This this lovely  fantastic oceanfront home has3 Bedroom 2 Baths  and is completely tiled with new flat screen TVs in all the bedrooms  .There is a King Beautyrest mattress in the master bedroom, twin beds in the 2nd and a queen pillowtop mattress in the 3rd. You have a queen innerspring sleeper in the living room area . You have a dock , bait freezer and fishing pier . The ocean views from this great porch are fantastic.

We have provided 2 kayaks at no charge that will enable you to explore paradise and see sights you will never forget.

There is lots of room to park you car and boat trailer.Sombrero beach is 5 minutes away or world famous Bahia Honda beach is a short 15 minute drive.

All you need to do is show up sit under the Umbrella by the ocean and enjoy your stay in Paradise

Fun & Relaxing Vacation w/Comforts of Home

Marathon is a great central location in the Florida Keys. The rental house suited our needs perfectly. It wasn't fancy but not what we were expecting or looking for. It was clean and comfortable with all the comforts of being at home. It's the best value in Marathon for OCEAN FRONT! When at the house, we spent most of the time outside in the big front porch admiring the beautiful ocean. The owner provided good information about the area. He even provided a Winn Dixie discount card for grocery shopping. We'd definitely come back to Marathon and stay in this house. Fun things to do in Marathon: Parasail, fly in an open cockpit bi-plane w/Paul and sail in a catamaran with Captain Dale to see the beautiful sunset. Then there's also fishing.

Recommended for: adventure seekers, age 55+, families with young children, families with teenagers, pet-friendly, sight seeing

Well worth it

My brothers and I have been taking an annual fishing trip to the Keys for a couple of years now, and with most vacations, were you stay can have a big impact on whether you enjoy your time there or not. This was the first time we used Vacationrentals.com and weren’t sure what to expect, but this is our experience.

This property is off of the main traffic but is within minutes of all the stores and restaurants on Marathon. If we needed something, it was no big deal just to run up and pick it up. The house and grounds were well kept and the kitchen had all the utensils, pans and plates we needed. We saved a lot of money by dinning in. The beds were comfortable and the two full bathrooms were definitely a plus. We spent a lot of time on out on the upper deck which faces the ocean. The daily view of the sunrise over the ocean is something you never get tired of.

If your using it for fishing, it sets within feet of the channel going out to the Atlantic and the reef is a short trip away. The fishing is great, a lot of variety, without having to go very far. We only used a half tank during the entire week. The dock was well set up including mooring whips, fresh water, and a fish cleaning area.

The only draw back was, there wasn’t a good ocean swimming area, but Sombrero Beach is just a few minutes away.

The price was better than what we had paid in the past and it was a much better place to stay. We did look at some cheaper places while we were there, but you sacrifice so much that it is not worth it. If this property is available, we will definitely use it again next year.
