The master bedroom has a king size bed with a deluxe mattress, attached master bath, walk-in closet and a TV, while the second bedroom has a queen size pillow top bed and tv . All windows have both blinds and drapes. Ceiling fans are throughout the house.
A large flat screen TV with cable by Comcast is in the living room along with a DVD player. High speed internet with a wireless router is also provided.
The table in the dining room can expand to seat 8 while the kitchen can seat 2. And a washer and dryer are included.
There is a screened lanai with a ceiling fan and a table and chairs for 4 for dining and relaxing. Also, a side patio for sunning!

The Villa has very convenient access to the 3 newest executive golf courses: Redfish Run, Bonita Pass and Tarpon Boil. Upon obtaining the $50 (per Couple) temporary resident ID’s you can play all 29 executive golf courses for free. It is also convenient to great championship golf at the 27 hole Cane Garden, Arnold Palmer, Mallory Hill and Havana courses. Nearby is the Buttonwood Pool and Fishhawk Recreation Center. The villa is just a short distance to Lake Sumter Landing, Spanish Springs and the new Brownwood town squares with live entertainment 365 nights a year, plenty of shopping and many fine restaurants.

$500 Deposit/Security is due within 7 days of booking. This will be held as a
damage deposit that will be returned within 15 days of departure providing
there are no damages other than normal wear and tear. This deposit will not be
applied to your rental and will be returned after walk through within 2 weeks of departure. If rental is cancelled within 60 days of arrival, reservation / security deposit will be forfeited.
Second Couple Residency: $300 per month additional
Cleaning Fee $75 fo one month, $100 for two or more months
