This recently renovated beachfront condo with amazing ocean views of Orient Bay will provide you with both style and comfort during your Saint Martin vacation. Located on the second floor, this unit is a very short walk to the pool, beach, tennis courts, and all Orient Bay has to offer. Our guests will enjoy our amenities such as high speed DSL, Laptop Computer, Ipod/Iphone doc, local cell phone, CD stereo, large flat screen TV with French and American channels, microwave, four burner stove, full size oven, full size refrigerator, Dishwasher, washing machine, safe, hair dryer, curling iron, flat iron, ironing board/iron, stainless steal cookware and all plates and utensils necessary for cooking. To keep you comfortable, all of our sheets, towels, beach towels, and freshly cleaned duvet covers are 100% cotton. Enjoy your morning coffee while taking in the view and gentle ocean breeze on the large balcony dining table or the inside dining table. This unit faces Orient Bay directly with direct access to the beach & pool area. The pool area has chase lounge chairs around the pool. The unit also has 2 beach chairs, a beach unbrella, and a cooler to take to the beach. This unit is NON-SMOKING.
