5-bedroom pool villa: Golf Paradise in Davenport

Lovely family villa in a quiet community surrounded by orange and lemon groves. Superbly located, close to Disney and other theme parks, including Universal Studios,  Sea World, and over 20 golf courses, including the prestigious world class Champions Gate.

Living Room:
The living room has a cathedral ceiling with ceiling fan, and is equipped with comfortable sofas, arm chairs, a computer station with free Internet access, DVD/VCR combo, and cable TV. There is also piped radio and a private intercom system throughout the house.

Master Bedroom:
The master bedroom is located on the first floor, with queen size bed and en suite bathroom, writing desk with chair, 2 arm chairs, TV and alarm clock.

Second Floor:
The second floor comprises a queen bedroom, a twin bedroom, and two bedrooms with a full bed and a twin bed, two further bathrooms. All bedrooms have built-in wardrobes, nightstands, TV, writing desk and chair.

Game Room:
The garage has been converted to a game Room.

PlayStation 2 with many games is installed in one of the twin rooms on the second floor.

Dining Room and Kitchen
To the right of the entrance is the large dining room for 8 followed by the kitchen with a breakfast dinette for 4. To the left is the laundry room and the downstairs half bathroom. Directly in front of you is our large family / living room.

Pool
An upgraded, screen enclosed, pool next to a raised spa with underwater light for night swimming; large sun deck with pool furniture for your relaxation; and a covered lanai for some welcome shade. A gas barbecue grill is available on the sun deck for an additional fee of $50 per week. This covers the gas and the cleaning charge. Smoking is permitted on the patio area. No smoking inside the house please.

Game Room
Two car garage is converted into a game room with air hockey, 8' pool table, and ping-pong.

The house has a utility room next to the garage with full size washer and dryer.

Low Season Deal: Check in Sep 27, 2011, Check out Nov 19, 2011.    Any 7 nights for $800 plus tax.  

Prices exclude 13% Florida taxes. Minimum stay 3 nights. $100 end of stay cleaning fee is charged on stays of less than 7 nights.

Pool heating is an additional optional extra $175 plus tax per week.  A gas barbecue grill is available on the sun deck for an additional fee of $50 per week.

A booking and damage deposit of $300 for the first week and $100 for each additional week secures the booking and the balance is due 45 days prior to your arrival. One week after checkout date, the damage deposit will be sent back to the renter in case the property does not have any damages that lead to repair.
